What is Entagl?

Entagl provides AI products for customer service and sales across supported messaging and voice channels. Teams can review conversations and use connected customer information to take the next step. Capabilities depend on the product, channel and configuration.

Can my team work alongside the AI?

Yes. Your team can take over a conversation, translate it for reading, review a draft, add internal notes, assign a teammate, send forms, and create appointments. You decide which actions your AI may take.

Which channels does it support?

Entagl connects messaging channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, website chat, email, and API, with phone and WhatsApp calling through Coordinator, plus voice calls from your website chat widget. TikTok availability and individual messaging, media, and calling features depend on the connected channel. Check the integrations and product pages for your setup.

Does Entagl include a CRM?

Entagl has a built-in customer database with contact profiles, custom fields, tags, assignments, sales stages, and conversation history. You can also connect supported external systems. Check the relevant plan for the actions and products you need.

Can I use forms and private uploads during a chat?

Yes. Structured forms appear inside website chat, while hosted form links can be sent on other supported messaging channels. Secure file upload links collect supported files privately and connect them to the conversation. You control retention and whether the AI may analyze them.

Are calls and Google reviews included in the same product?

Coordinator and Reputation Manager are separate products with their own plans and usage. They work within the Entagl platform. Receptionist pricing is separate from Comments Automation add-on pricing.

Does WhatsApp cost extra?

Meta charges businesses for WhatsApp replies after the first 1,000 a month per number (since October 1, 2026) and bills your Meta account directly. On an active paid plan, Entagl gives that cost back as credits each month. Campaign and reminder templates are priced separately.
